Abstract: "'Ridiculous Sublime', curated by Lucy Hammonds, is the second in a biennial series surveying current Dunedin art and features four local artists: sculptor Scott Eady, painter Nick Austin, photographer Rachel H. Allan and jeweller Jane Dodd. In 'Art New Zealand's' Summer 2014-2015 issue I reviewed the first one in the series, 'Sleight of Hand', curated by Lauren Gutsell, which conjured up a much larger group of artists and works, making this show feel emphatically focused."
