Title: An exhibition of ill feeling
Publisher: INZART/The University of Auckland Library=Te Tumu Herenga
Abstract: In the latest of a series of disputes between the Otago Museum and Te Papa, museum director Shimrath Paul last week raised concerns about an 18-month-old invoice still partially unpaid by Te Papa. Many of the matters in dispute over the years have involved relatively small sums of money but have often been seen by senior Otago Museum staff as symbolic of wider issues and have partly reflected deeper frustrations in the South about perceived inequities in the national museum funding system.
Description: 5 colour: portraits of Shimrath Paul and Te Papa Chief Executive Seddon Bennington, images of Otago Museum, Canterbury Te Papa and Auckland Museum.
