Abstract: An article on the exhibition 'Niu Pasifik, the first large-scale exhibition of Pacific Art to be shown on the West Coast of the USA. Touring internally, the works in the exhibition are drawn from curator Giles Peterson's personal collection. It surveys 16 years of engagement with APcific art, offering both a valuable overview of hte art produced in this period and a self-portrait of Peterson the curator.
