Abstract:	This report on New Zealand’s diaspora in Southeast Asia includes: the history of migration from India to New Zealand has a longer and more complex history than the history of migration from Southeast Asia. This has a strong influence on the relationship between the Indian diaspora in New Zealand and the other South and Central Asian diasporas. Secondly the number of New Zealanders living in South and Central Asia is currently very small and generally invisible in the data available
