dc.description.abstractPost-Occupancy Evaluation with questionnaire was carried with Koreans who lived in Auckland, New Zealand. Main results of this study were: Satisfaction of New Zealand to housing and residential environment is higher than Korea. The merits of Korean housing and residential environment are structure and floor materials, heating and insulation, equipment, and maintenance. The merits of New Zealand are grounds, view, facade design, and size. The dwelling life is improved in New Zealand than Korea. Especially the growth and education of children, the condition of family's health and harmony were improved and outdoor activities were increaseden
