dcterms.description.bioAn Australian lacemaker, designer and member of the Art Society of Tasmania, Ada Grey Wilson (1854?-1944) moved permanently to England in 1912. She was the daughter of Tasmanian Premier Sir James Milne Wilson and Deborah Hope Wilson, née Degraves. She donated her lace collection to the Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery in 1938.en
