Abstract: Maraeroa C Incorporation is governed by a Management Committee comprising seven Trustees, of which one is appointed as the Chairperson and another is appointed as the Secretary. Each Trustee serves a three year term, but can stand for re-election in subsequent years. A rotation system operates so that the terms of two or three Trustee members end each year. This means that, at any one time, there are a number of Trustees with at least a year's experience on the Management Committee. Trustees do not have to be owners in the Incorporation
