Clear Communications Limited (CLEAR) is a telecommunications company in New Zealand, a subsidiary of British Telecom (BT) and is a part of its Asia-Pacific business unit. CLEAR's primary competition in New Zealand is Telecom NZ Limited, a privatised State Owned Enterprise (SOE) with existing infrastructure and resources. This case study describes the strategic focus of CLEAR's management of supply. The case is divided into two parts; background information and CLEAR's business environment and part two identifies the supply chain issues of the company. Includes questions for discussion
