Abstract: A short property case suitable for an assignment or test, in which students are placed in the role of a team member managing a property investment fund investing in listed property trusts or real estate investment trusts. Students are asked to access two optional Listed Property Trusts listed on the NZX Limited, assess whether the trusts were over or under valued, in regards to systematic risk using a Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM).
