Studies reveal how healthier workspaces boost employee performance. New Zealand Green Building Council (NZGBC) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Jane Hanely says worker performance is affected by natural light, fresh air, access to views and control over individual workspace temperature or light. Hanely looks forward to the incorporation of buildings in the carbon reduction conversations through clean development mechanisms
