Title: | Trigon industries - a game for three players |
Issue Date: | 22-Mar-2013 |
Abstract: | Trigon Plastics Limited was a family company, which developed and manufactured plastic film products. The company's success was based on staying ahead of its competitors, by developing new technologies and innovative products. There was a merger with Cryovac, an United States food packaging company which changed the Trigon operated 'self-contained cell' model to a more cost-effective management approach where different functions were centralised at key locations, as the company became a multinational corporation. Includes questions for discussion |
