Abstract

Television New Zealand (TVNZ)attempt to bring some system and order to the television environment by considering every new programme or series to be conceptualised as a project. The new project process must follow an approved plan, from proposal, project sponsor, owner, manager, team, and auditors. This format has improved the number of successfully completed projects dramatically.
