Abstract: Each issue 'From the Art Collection' highlights a work of art from the University of Auckland Art Collection. In this issue Alice Tyler discusses a painting by Vivienne Worn entitled 'Double (Hesse)', which responds to drawings by Eva Hesse. The article also discusses an exhibition by Worn at Window entitled 'Re-reading Laurencin', which responds to work by French painter Marie Laurencin.
