Abstract: Reviews 'Politics of Sharing: On Collective Wisdom' (2017), an exhibition hosted by Artspace at a temporary venue on Lorne Street. Part of a tripartite show occurring in Auckland, Berlin and Stuttgart the project was co-conceived by Artspace director, Misal Adnan Yildiz and Elke aus dem Moore, Head of Visual Arts at ifa. Describes the exhibition being introduced as "a forum to question the notions of sharing, distributing and resourcing". Discusses the collaborative works by Local Time and Shannon Te Ao. Considers works in relation to themes of language, migration and global mobility, political ideologies, Māoridom, and the uncertainties, tensions and struggles that indigenous communities face.
