Abstract: Mark Warren is a farmer and entrepreneur who looks for opportunities to add value to his Wairapi Station. He has maintained a sheep and beef farm on the station since 1984, but has also developed a four wheel drive training programme in both Wairapi and Queenstown. As a two-time national rally winner, 1986 and 1987, Mark Warren has been called upon to be a 4WD consultant for forestry companies, government departments, councils and the police. Warren has also developed a bottled mineral water - Minerale - from a natural spring on his farm. His approach to Human Resource Management is to develop and encourage ideas from staff. He is constantly looking for new opportunities to diversify his interests
