Title: | Auckland International Airport : The business model |
Authors: | University of Auckland |
Issue Date: | 4 |
Publisher: | University of Auckland Business Case Centre |
Abstract: | The Auckland International Airport case gives an overview of New Zealand's largest airport, including specifics on their sources of revenue, strategic plans, and relationship with airlines and other service providers. The case also gives a brief overview of the business model of Air New Zealand, New Zealand's national carrier. Constructed from secondary sources, the case is written for a first year undergraduate business class learning about business models. Ideally, after reading the case students should be able to construct a diagram of the airport business model and pinpoint the challenges, opportunities and conflicts within the model |
