Abstract: Navman, a manufacturer of navigation and global positioning systems (GPS) devices and as a developing company faces challenges and issues, such as over reliance upon a single customer and the need for more capital for rapid growth and development. Another challenge was when Navman was bought by the global company Brunswick and resulted in changes for the organisational culture and operational processes, including managing a global company from New Zealand.
