Abstract: | Calder Stewart Industries Limited was founded in 1955 by Lance Calder and Bruce Stewart and specialises in quality roofing materials for large projects. This case study outlines the decision making process when the supply of machinery from Germany was affected by high demand. This forced the company to look at equivalent machinery from China.
