Abstract: | Google, had introduced the Project Loon (Loon) technology in New Zealand in June 2013. The Loon technology was an initiative for creating a high-altitude, balloon-based network system that could provide internet connectivity to the remotest places on land surface. After the successful experimental launch of Loon technology, Google had focused to execute the innovative technique at many parts in the world, such as Africa and Southeast Asia, with a view to improve the overall internet connectivity services.
